He is skilled in contractual risk transfer and professional liability issues confronting design professionals and has served on the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) national Risk Management and Practice Management Committees. Mr. Prather writes and speaks on emerging industry trends and has served as the National Risk Management Director for three leading insurers of design professionals in the US.
